We braved the intermittent rain in order to see the fireworks in Austin's Zilker Park on July 4th, 2006. The fireworks were preceded by an hour of patriotic music by the Austin Symphony. After the traditional cannon roar of the 1812 Overture, the fireworks went off for about 20 minutes. I set the camera on its "fireworks" program and programmed it to shoot off 10 pictures at a time. I took as many as I could when the rain let up and culled the best ones. Enjoy!
